Volatile U.S. dollar rises just a tad

The U.S. dollar has been "all over the lot" in recent days (see my multiple posts below), and is up slightly at mid-day, gaining a few cents against the Mexican peso. A dollar cost an average of 13.5 pesos in many locations across the country, and generally sold for about 13 pesos. Stand by for more fluctuations throughout October, as European finance ministers and bankers desperately try to forge an "organized, strategic" Greek sovereign debt default plan which will avoid -- in theory -- an economic tsunami across world markets.

Want to know what's really going to happen in Greece? The experts told us last week: http://mexicogulfreporter.blogspot.com/2011/10/greek-debt-default-given-says-european.html
