A member of the notorious Los Zetas cartel was arrested by the Yucatán State Police today. He's wanted in neighboring Quintana Roo for kidnapping. Q.R. state, on Mexico's famous Gold Coast (Cancun, Playa del Carmen, etc.), has become a violent place in recent days, with the assassination or attempted assassination of several public officials and/or their family members.
